Business details come from the information we have for each business. We do not add prices, services, opening hours, descriptions, ownership, facilities, payment methods or access claims unless that information supports them.
No paid rankings
The directory does not sell ranking positions. If advertising is introduced later, ads will be clearly separate from business options and will not change how the options are ordered.
Ratings and reviews
Ratings and review counts are shown as Google information checked on 12 August 2026. They may have changed. Irish Car Wash does not republish review text or present Google ratings as its own scores.
Practical guides
Guides explain common service types and practical questions in plain English. They help you choose and prepare, rather than repeating the same article for different counties. Claims about laws, prices or current environmental advice are checked against reliable sources before we publish them.
Every guide shows who wrote it, when it was published, when it was last reviewed and which sources were used. Price examples include their date and source; they are not presented as national averages. If the evidence is incomplete, the guide says so.
Corrections and updates
We review a guide when its source changes or a meaningful correction is reported. We update the date only after reviewing the article. Use the contact page to report an error or an out-of-date source.
